Broker Tour

Livermore Weekly Broker Tour

Every Thursday from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Get out, support your fellow Realtors, and see what's on the market.

Get on the Tour Sheet

Add "Tour" to your listing in Paragon no later than 2:00 PM the day before. This won't affect MLS Subscribers' ability to search tour info. View the tour sheet.

Super Tour

$50 per property. Submit your listing by 2:00 PM Wednesday the week of the Super Tour. Receipts are available upon request. Please pay with cash only.

Go on tour, have fun, win up to $250 in cash.

Meeting Policies

📢 Networking Etiquette

Networking is encouraged, but please refrain from openly soliciting products and services during the meeting. The room is open for networking at 8:30 AM and after the meeting until 10:00 AM.

📄 Flyer Policy

Only the current week's speaker or a paid sponsor presenting that day may place flyers or materials on tables. Others are welcome to share during Community Announcements and distribute outside after the meeting.
